One hundred years after its founding (1924–2024), SOBICAIN (the International Catholic Biblical Society) has initiated a profound renewal of its services in formation, editorial work, and distribution. The goal is to ensure that the Word of God not only receives maximum attention but also to provide a framework necessary to guarantee its listening, reception, and internalisation.

Visually, this is evident in the re-styling of its institutional website, the creation of a commercial website, and the launch of a wide-ranging editorial and training programmes. The renovated SOBICAIN headquarters in Madrid has welcomed not only the new director, Fr José Pottayil, but also the Council that accompanies him in his services and the entire team that assists him in his work.
